  • The owner require to show your KTP or passport and take a photo

  • The owner may request additional documents

  • Usage of up to 24 hours start from time of delivery

  • All special requests are subject to the availability of the provider and may incur an additional fee

• Health and Security

  • Driver must be above 18 years old

  • All documents must be valid, original, complete and match with the name whose driving

  • Renters are responsible for all parking, traffic and other penalties that result from violations of law during the rental period

  • The provider is not responsible for any property left in the vehicle after the vehicle is returned

• Cancellation Policy

  • Reschedule can be done 1 day before delivery

  • Free cancellation if your vehicle have defective or any system is broken

  • The rental provider may request additional requirements

  • The provider has the right to refuse rental if the rental requirements have not been fulfilled
